Axiom's project-based summer courses give students the broad exposure that goes beyond traditional academics to unleash their inner greatness. Our programs, derived from Harvard, Stanford, MIT, and Johns Hopkins University are designed to provide students with the hands-on opportunity to explore new knowledge, and learn crucial skills while having fun during their summer vacation.  We offer a variety of programs that allow children to explore diverse interests, develop new talents, experience success, and have fun!

At Axiom Learning, we incorporate the Multiple Intelligences framework developed at Harvard University by using interactive games, teamwork, and role-playing to stimulate students’ lifelong love for learning. To be successful in life, students need ongoing opportunities to learn and develop their potential to the fullest.  Axiom Summer Programs utilize a multidisciplinary approach to help students improve their academic skills, bridge their achievement gap and develop confidence and mastery for success in school and beyond.

Is the Next Steve Jobs Living In Your House?

The majority of financially independent Americans in the last generation have been entrepreneurs. The real question is why so many others don't become entrepreneurs as well. Axiom's Entrepreneurship workshop will make sure that your son or daughter has the skills to become an entrepreneur if they choose. Over the course of an exceptionally intense week, your son or daughter will learn the key factors for businesses to be successful (or not), how to negotiate with and manage groups and will write a business plan, build a website and design and deliver an investor's presentation. More than a quarter of all attendees of this workshop go on to start their own business within six months.

Never Be a Follower Again: Leading a Life of Impact Driven by Purpose

The difference between being a leader versus a life-long follower is surprisingly small and has more to do with the choices we make and having a plan to achieve grand ambitions. The decisions we make as teens often determine the choices we have available as adults.

Axiom Learning's Leadership for Teen Boys inspires teens to leadership and gives them the ingredients to be independent and impactful while being happy and fulfilled. Our proprietary CHI model of leadership (Confidence, Honor, Inter-Independence) will give your son the tools to identify his passions and make his ambitions a reality. We will identify barriers to his future leadership and give him an action plan for short-, medium- and long-term success. From dealing with girls, turning failure into opportunity, appreciating the value of honor in modern society and acquiring the ingredients to being ultra-successful, Axiom's week-long leadership course will be life-changing for your son and leave his days of being a follower behind.

Half of us fear public speaking — which half are you?

Effective public speaking has a greater correlation with our success as adults than academic success in school. Unfortunately, half of us are afraid of public speaking and, as a consequence, never develop the skills to deliver ideas effectively and confidently. Axiom's summer program will give your son or daughter the opportunity to conquer their fears and gain comfort with public speaking. During the course of the week, each student will have an opportunity to prepare and deliver AT LEAST TEN SPEECHES, capped by a speech at the end delivered to fellow students and invited parents. Most of our students begin the week not happy about being in the course but finish the week with dramatically improved confidence and comfort in their public speaking abilities.

This program is open to students ages 11-17. Limited to 12 spaces.

Study Skills, Time Management AND Persuasive Writing Skills

Our Summer Writer's Workshop offers students the opportunity to transform their ideas into unique compositions while improving study and research skills and time management. Each student will work towards a finished product at the end of the week and will have to learn to manage their time effectively as they research their chosen topic and write and edit drafts before they complete the final product. An intense writing experience which begins with an exploration of different genres and voices to find the proper vehicle for their story, your son or daughter will finish the course with dramatically improved study and time management skills as well as pride in their finished product. 5, 10, and 15-day programs are available.

This program is open to students ages 11-17.
